Matt Shanahan

Matt Shanahan serves as the Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Practice at JLL since December 2022. In addition to this role, Matt has been a Board Member of the SUNDAY LOVE PROJECT since August 2018 and previously held the positions of Senior Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Colliers International from September 1999 to December 2022, specializing in comprehensive brokerage and consulting services for corporate real estate, particularly in the office and healthcare sectors. Matt holds a BBA in Real Estate and Business Law from Temple University and the Fox School of Business, both obtained between 1994 and 1999.
