Matt Stewart

Matt Stewart is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Structured Finance, Debt & Equity Placement at JLL since 2012. Previously, Matt held the position of Associate Professor of Aerospace Studies at the University of Southern California from 2011 to 2013, where Matt successfully developed over 80 students for officer roles in the US Air Force and significantly enhanced recruiting efforts, engaging over 20,000 students. From 2008 to 2012, Matt served in the United States Air Force as a Launch Systems Integration Project Manager, overseeing a $92 million launch program and leading a large team to ensure on-time satellite deployments. Earlier in that tenure, Matt contributed as a Systems Engineer, directing efforts to integrate satellite control centers. Matt earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
