Mike Barad

Mike Barad is an innovative product executive with over 25 years of experience in launching PropTech solutions. Currently, they serve as Senior Director of Capital Markets & Valuation Products at JLL, focusing on technology that transforms investment sales and property valuation. Previously, Mike held key leadership roles at Morningstar, including Head of Financial Planning Software and Head of Product Capabilities, where they directed the development of numerous financial software products and automated advice engines. They began their career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch and also contributed as Vice President of Financial Communications at Ibbotson Associates. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
