Nathan Semsch

Nathan Semsch has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, having held various leadership roles at multiple companies. Semsch began as Assistant Field Superintendent at J.L. Sullivan Construction, Inc. in 2002, and progressed to roles including Senior Project Manager at Sullivan|Day Construction and Project Manager at Diversified Construction and Ryan Companies US, Inc. Since June 2023, Semsch has served in multiple capacities at JLL, notably as Senior Vice President, Platform Lead for Project and Development Services for the U.S. Bank account, overseeing all aspects of project management including delivery, risk mitigation, and process improvement. Semsch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
