Neal Warling

Neal Warling is the Managing Director at JLL, where they engage in commercial real estate consultation and brokerage. They have successfully participated in and managed over 750 transactions, totaling more than $1 billion. Previously, Neal was the President and one of the founding partners of Bluestone Realty Advisors from 2005 to 2010, and held senior roles at Grubb & Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. Neal consistently ranked among the top 100 producing brokers nationally during their tenures at Grubb & Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. They earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
