Nick Perry

Nick Perry is a Facilities Manager currently at JLL since October 2025, previously holding positions at AssetWatch® as a Business Development Representative and at Datch as a Sales Development Representative. Nick's experience includes roles at Satellite and JLL, where responsibilities encompassed managing facilities for high-profile accounts such as Google and Leidos. Prior to these roles, Nick served as a Property Manager at North Point Property Management and spent nearly 21 years as a Program Manager with the U.S. Coast Guard. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree from City College of San Francisco, completed between 2020 and 2023.
