Nickolas Hayden

Nickolas Hayden is currently the Executive Managing Director and Head of Property and Facilities Management Work Dynamics at JLL, a position held since 2022. Previously, Hayden served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations at Related Companies, and held various senior roles including Vice President at First Winthrop Properties, SL Green, and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle. Hayden has also been involved in managing portfolios and operations across prominent real estate firms from 1986 to 2022. They are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate at NYU Stern School of Business.
