Nikki Kimberg

Nikki Kimberg is currently a Director at JLL, where their leadership expertise focuses on employee engagement, change management, and organization design. Previously, they have held roles such as Strategic Project Lead at Avvio Reply and Change Management Lead at Openroom Consulting, where they developed strategies for transformational change. Nikki's career began as a Tour Leader at Intrepid Travel and included positions as an Incentive Manager at Uwin Iwin Incentives Pty Ltd and Assistant Brand Manager at Vodacom. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Town, an Honours in Brand Leadership from Vega, and a Diploma of Education in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Warwick.
