Paul Spokas

Paul Spokas is the South Atlantic and Southeast Market Lead for Project Development Services teams across multiple states, including Virginia and Florida. As a licensed Architect and Real Estate professional with LEED AP certification, they utilize a holistic approach to manage commercial real estate projects, specializing in office spaces and industrial facilities. Paul has worked as an Executive Managing Director at JLL since 2008, previously holding positions as Senior Project Manager at The Staubach Company and Associate at OminArchitecture. They hold a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
