Philip White

Philip White is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and investment banking sectors, currently serving as a Director at JLL since December 2022, following a tenure as Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors from March 2016 to December 2022. At HREC, Philip played a critical role in analyzing over 300 unique properties, contributing to transactions valued at more than $540 million. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate where responsibilities involved conducting hotel valuations and market research, and as an Accountant at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, handling financial audits and payroll for over 100 employees. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, earned in 2015.
