Ray A. Ruiz is the Executive Vice President and Market Leader at JLL, where they have driven growth and strategic operations for the Long Island office since 2010. With over 26 years of experience in Long Island’s commercial real estate market, Ray has successfully managed more than 15 million square feet of sales and leasing deals, including significant headquarters and transit-oriented development projects. Prior to their current role, Ray served as Senior Vice President at CBRE and held positions at Koll Real Estate Services and Cushman & Wakefield. Ray is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at New York University while also studying at Stony Brook University.
