Sasha Covington

Sasha Covington is the Eurasia Operations Director for Value and Risk Advisory at JLL, where they lead a talented team. Prior to this role, Sasha served as COO of UK Value and Risk Advisory and COO of EMEA Shared Services at JLL from 2020 to 2025. They also held positions as a Business Manager and Associate Director at JLL from 1998 to 2018, and was a Business Manager at Lambert Smith Hampton from 1995 to 1998. Sasha studied Marketing and obtained a CIPD degree at Bromley College between 2000 and 2004.
