Shawn McMahon

Shawn McMahon is a Managing Director and the Industrial Lead at JLL’s Hartford, Connecticut brokerage team, where they focus on marketing high-profile industrial and office properties, tenant representation, consulting, and investment dispositions. With a career spanning over three decades, Shawn's notable transactions include significant leases and sales for clients such as Lowe’s and Coca-Cola. Prior to joining JLL in 1999, Shawn held the position of Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield and began their brokerage career at Colliers Dow & Condon. Shawn graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, concentrating in Real Estate Finance, and is a licensed real estate professional in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
