Ted Flagg

Ted Flagg is a seasoned professional in the M&A and corporate advisory landscape with extensive experience in real estate and investment banking. Currently, Ted serves as Senior Managing Director at JLL since March 2017, leading a team that emerged from the acquisition of Hentschel & Company, where Ted also held the position of Senior Managing Director from June 2013 to March 2017. Prior to that, Ted was a Director in the Real Estate Group at Lazard Frères from June 2005 to March 2013, specializing in corporate and asset transactions. Ted began a career in finance as an Investment Banking Associate at Citi focusing on the mortgage REIT sector, and earlier worked as an Associate Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP handling corporate transactions. Ted holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from Colgate University.
