Tim Harlow is a highly effective Managing Director and the Head of UK Integrated Portfolio Management (iPM) at JLL, where they lead growth initiatives for outsourced integrated portfolio management. They have a proven track record in change management, business improvement, and operational excellence, with extensive experience across diverse geographical portfolios in mixed real estate asset classes. Previously, Tim held various leadership positions at prestigious firms such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, and HSBC, driving major cost-saving programs and optimizing portfolios globally. Tim began their career as Managing Director at Chesterton Thailand, establishing the firm as a leading adviser in the region. They earned their degree from the University of Oxford.
