Wanqi (KK) Loy, AIA, WELL AP, is an accomplished professional in the architecture and real estate development fields with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Wanqi began an internship at Johnson Architecture, Inc. in 2013 and has since held various roles, including Designer at HKS, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2020, Architectural Intern at tvsdesign from July 2015 to April 2017, and Senior Associate/Project Architect at NELSON Worldwide from April 2020 to August 2024.
