William Dornfeld

William (Willie) Dornfeld is currently the Director of Technical Training at JLL, having previously served as a Senior Director and Facilities Manager. With extensive experience in HVAC systems and facility management, Willie has developed and delivered training programs, managed client relationships, and led teams in complex environments. Willie's background includes a role as a Lead Operating Engineer at JLL, where they significantly contributed to building operations and safety initiatives. They have also worked at WJ Dornfeld Co Inc as a Commercial HVAC Technician and are pursuing multiple educational credentials, including a certificate in HVAC and a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Denver.
