Wojciech Pacia

Wojciech Pacia is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing operations and automation. Currently serving as the Digital Marketing Operations Director at JLL since July 2025, Wojciech previously held the position of Senior Marketing Automation Specialist at Ivenium Marketing from September 2022 to June 2025. In this role, responsibilities included addressing marketing operations challenges, enabling marketing processes, and implementing marketing technology best practices. Additionally, Wojciech has a strong background in project management and has worked with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies. Prior experiences include roles as a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant and Marketing Automation Consultant at Sojourn Solutions, as well as a Junior Developer at AMWS from August 2013 to December 2015.
