Peter Granberg

Peter Granberg is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in managing and optimizing both commercial and residential real estate portfolios. Currently serving as a Kommersiell förvaltare at JM since November 2019, Peter Granberg has also held the position of Förvaltare at Holmströmgruppen from August 2015 to October 2019, where responsibilities included planning maintenance, managing building projects, and negotiating with commercial tenants. Prior to this, Peter Granberg worked as a Kundansvarig förvaltare at HSB Stockholm from September 2009 to July 2015, focusing on coordinating and overseeing property management for a diverse client group. Peter Granberg holds a degree from Malmö University, completed between 2006 and 2009.
