Cody Christofferson

Cody Christofferson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cody started their career in 2001 as a Systems Analyst at Virginia-Carolina Managed Care, where they developed insurance claims software using Visual Basic 6 and Access. Cody then moved on to Dominion Enterprises in 2006, where they worked as a Database Administrator and later as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development and maintenance of various websites.

In 2011, Cody joined RockYou as a Staff Server Software Engineer for a brief period before joining Stella & Dot as a Senior Software Engineer. At Stella & Dot, they worked in a SOA development environment and played a key role in building RESTful API endpoints and developing the company's internal email system, Messenger.

In 2014, Cody briefly worked at Metrodigi, Inc as a Software Engineer before joining JM Bullion in 2015. At JM Bullion, they took on various roles, including Technical Lead/Release Manager and currently serves as the DevOps Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for building and maintaining applications within a WordPress-based E-Commerce site. Cody has built applications such as a Phalcon-based micro API, RESTful micro APIs for catalog caching, and a shipment tracking and verification system. Additionally, they have played a key role in creating and maintaining multiple testing environments and successfully implementing Jenkins COI deployment mechanisms for production code releases.

Cody Christofferson attended ECPI University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Programming.
