Cheryl Destefano

Cheryl DeStefano, PMP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Manager of IT Strategic Planning at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., since September 2019. In this role, Cheryl manages and delivers a portfolio of infrastructure projects aligned with business and IT objectives. Prior to this position, Cheryl worked as a Portfolio Manager at AXA US, where responsibilities included assisting business units with annual budgets and executing monthly project management. Cheryl’s career at AXA Tech spanned over a decade and included positions such as Manager of Project Management and Portfolio & Resource Manager, focusing on PMO processes and aligning resources with business strategies. Cheryl holds an MBA in Data Analytics from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
