Jesse Marika

Jesse Marika has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Programs Specialist at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since December 2018, where responsibilities include creating talent planning summaries, structuring learning analytics, and analyzing 360-degree feedback data. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant at Career Readiness Solution and a Human Resources Intern at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, contributing to various HR projects and enhancing company culture.
