Karen Sylvester

Karen Sylvester has extensive experience in human resources and benefits strategy, currently serving as the Director of Benefits Strategy at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since 1999. Over the years, Karen has held various leadership roles within JM Family, including Director of HRIS and Workforce Analytics, and Director of Human Resources for both World Omni Financial Corporation and Southeast Toyota. Prior roles include HR leadership positions at BF Goodrich Aerospace, Q.E.P., Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals, and Nabisco Brands. Additionally, Karen has contributed to the community as a board member of the Board of Trustees for Women In Distress since 2003. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
