Laura Avila is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Human Resources Relationship Manager at Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC since February 2024, Laura previously held multiple positions at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., including Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs Manager since July 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition at Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC from December 2018 to January 2022, and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Allstate Benefits for 13 years, where consulting services included sourcing, recruiting, and candidate screening.
