Neal Yanez

Neal Yanez has over two decades of experience in training and education, currently serving as the Manager of Training & QA at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. since January 2001. In this role, Neal oversees curriculum development and guides the Curriculum Development team. Previous positions at JM Family Enterprises include Field Support Manager and Program Strategy Manager, as well as Curriculum Developer, where Neal specialized in creating both instructor-led and web-based training content focused on various topics. Prior experience includes serving as Center Director/Director of Education at Sylvan Learning Centers, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily operations, client acquisition, and fostering community relationships. Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College and has additional education from Webster University.
