Ondria Lamorte

Ondria LaMorte currently serves as Lead Cyber Risk Analyst at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ondria operated as an Independent Consultant at PhenomeX from May 2021 to October 2023, focusing on SOX implementation, program management, and compliance assessments. Ondria was the Head of Internal Audit at First Solar from January 2007 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading global audit and compliance efforts while reporting directly to the Audit Committee. Earlier experience includes various consulting roles in SOX compliance for companies like Protiviti and Robert Half from 2003 to 2007, a position as Recruiting Manager at Resources Connection from 2000 to 2003, and work as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2000. Ondria holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, completed in May 2014.
