Rob Turczany

Rob Turczany has a diverse background in the automotive and retail industries, with extensive experience in management and development roles. Currently serving as Dealer Performance Manager and Field Development Supervisor at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., since June 2017, Rob focuses on delivering innovative solutions through associate development and coaching for Dealer Partners. Previous positions include District Manager and F&I Specialist at Burns Chevrolet Cadillac, Inc., as well as roles in the U.S. Army from 2008 to 2016, showcasing leadership and operational skills. Additionally, Rob held positions as Sales Representative at Preston Hyundai and Department Manager at Guitar Center earlier in his career. Rob is an alumnus of Youngstown State University.
