Terence Raphael

Terence Raphael is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various sectors, currently serving as the HR Head for the Asset, Wealth, and Securities Businesses at JM Financial Group since February 2011. Raphael's extensive expertise includes leadership roles in HR for Institutional Equities, Private Equity, and Digital Business, among others. Prior to this, Raphael held the position of Regional Manager - Human Resources at Wall Street Forex and worked as an HR Manager at ASK Group overseeing operations in India and the Middle East. Early career experience includes roles at Personnel Search Services, HDFC Chubb General Insurance Company Limited, and Stream Tracmail Pvt. Ltd. Terence Raphael holds an MHRDM in Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a B.Sc. in Statistics from St. Xavier's College.
