Chris Grimmig

Chris is a Partner at JM Search, specializing in C-level search for private equity-backed Technology and Digital Health companies. He joined JM Search in 2015 and possesses over 14 years of retained executive search experience, with proven expertise in conducting C-level searches across multiple functions, including CEO, COO/President, CFO, CHRO, CTO, and commercial leadership roles.

Prior to JM Search, Chris had a successful tenure at Gravitas Executive & Board Search, a boutique executive search firm that he helped to found in 2008. He initially supported operations, business development, and marketing, and lead the adoption of the firm’s ATS/CRM tools. As the business grew, he built the firm’s research function and transitioned into full-cycle recruitment where he led and supported senior retained searches across a variety of industries and functions.

Chris received his B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Villanova University.
