Doug Bower

Doug is a Principal at JM Search, focused on recruiting senior executives for Private Equity-backed technology companies nationally.

Prior to joining the JM Search team in 2019, Doug was a Partner with Parallel Futures International, a boutique executive search firm specializing in the strategy consulting industry where he recruited a wide range of executives focusing on commercialization strategy, corporate strategy, market research, analytics, and marketing technology. Doug managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including many of Vault’s Top 50 consulting firms, with a specific focus on partnering with mid-sized private and PE-backed organizations.

Doug graduated from Miami University (OH) with a BS in Marketing.
