Hope Morrissey

Hope (Strout) Morrissey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner at JM Search and Managing Partner at HMC, LLC, Hope also contributes to the strategic direction of organizations as an Advisory Board Member at PeopleJoy and Backstop Solutions Group. Previous experience includes holding the position of Global Head of Sales at Investment Metrics. Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 1987 and 1991.
