Kevin Logterman

Kevin is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. Kevin brings over 20 years of executive search experience, serving Private Equity and Family-owned companies. He has authored numerous articles on the dynamics of identifying and attracting talent in the middle market.

Before joining JM Search, Kevin spent seven years with Slayton Search Partners, a Chicago-based search firm, where he was co-leader of the Industrial Practices. Kevin started his search career in 1998 following earlier roles in manufacturing and banking.

Kevin earned a BS degree from The University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He and his wife reside in Wisconsin and enjoy their free time traveling and spending quality time with their two adult children and grandchild.
