Lisa Philippi

Lisa Philippi is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare Practice. She has over a decade of recruiting experience and specializes in recruiting senior leaders in the Digital Health space, primarily for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies.

Prior to JM Search, Lisa started her career in retained executive search with Cook Associates and Korn Ferry International. During her time at Cook and Korn Ferry, Lisa supported private equity-backed companies with a focus in diversified manufacturing and technology. For the past 5 years, Lisa has worked in corporate talent acquisition. She spent 4 years with Kaufman Hall as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Most recently Lisa served as a Recruiting Lead at Facebook, now Meta.

Lisa earned her B.A. from Colgate University with a major in Religious Studies.
