Olivia Olsson

Olivia Olsson currently serves as the Director of Growth and Operations at JM Search since October 2025. Prior to this role, Olivia was the Head of Sales Enablement at BTS, where responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of the company's first global Sales Enablement function, designed to enhance the effectiveness of commercial teams. Earlier positions at BTS included Sales Enablement Manager and Business Development Lead, focusing on sales training programs and tools to improve team performance. Olivia Olsson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Psychology from New York University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.9, and was recognized as a Dean's Scholar.
