Peyton Mellman

Peyton Mellman is a Research Analyst in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice at JM Search, a position held since October 2025. In this role, Peyton supports executive search engagements across various sectors, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare services, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify and engage top leadership talent. Peyton earned a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs with a minor in French from Occidental College, completing studies there from September 2021 to May 2025.
