Wells Drayton

Wells Drayton currently serves as a Senior Market Analyst for CFO and Financial Officers at JM Search, the leading retained executive search firm catering to private equity and growth-oriented organizations since April 2023. Prior to this, Wells held the position of Research Associate at Park Square Executive Search from September 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a Sailing Instructor for Nantucket Community Sailing during the summer of 2021. Additionally, Wells gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Tufts University’s Applied Cognition Lab from June 2019 to May 2021. Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Tufts University, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021.
