Ashley Render

Ashley Render is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in materials engineering and packaging. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Packaging at The J.M. Smucker Co. since May 2022, Ashley has previously held various materials engineering roles at Rolls-Royce from July 2013 to April 2022, focusing on microstructure analysis, mechanical testing of ceramic matrix composites, and metallurgical evaluation. Additional coaching experience in youth hockey spans several organizations, including assistant coaching roles at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School and the Fishers Youth Hockey Association. Ashley began a career in engineering as an Associate Engineer at SABIC Innovative Plastics, developing testing procedures and quality improvement methodologies. A Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering was earned from Drexel University in 2013.
