Gladys Lee

Gladys Lee is an experienced professional in the food science and product development industry, currently serving as Senior Research & Development Manager at The J.M. Smucker Co. since June 2017. Prior roles include Research and Development Manager and Food Scientist at the same company, and Research & Development Specialist at Caldic Canada Inc. Gladys has held various contract and permanent positions with reputable companies such as McCormick, Mars Petcare, Puratos, Weston Bakeries, Unilever, Nabisco, and Campbell Soup Company, gaining extensive expertise in product development and research. An alumnus of the University of Guelph, Gladys holds a B. Sc. Honours in Food Science and expanded knowledge through further education at Michigan State University and Guelph Food Technology Centre.
