Katie Jo Swindle

Katie Jo Swindle boasts extensive experience in internal and corporate communications, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Internal Communications and previously as Team Lead of Consumer Relations at The J.M. Smucker Co. since December 2018. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at the Cleveland Cavaliers from November 2013 to November 2018, including Corporate Communications Manager and Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consumer Communications Representative on the Social Media Team at The J.M. Smucker Company, and internships in ticket sales, marketing, and communications at organizations such as IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Katie Jo Swindle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Akron in 2012.
