Lexi Hartman

Lexi Hartman is an experienced professional in digital and corporate communications, currently serving as Assistant Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company since January 2014. In this role, Lexi leads internal communications strategies, manages the company intranet, and oversees the development of employee newsletters for over 7,000 employees. Additionally, Lexi co-leads the employee advocacy program and provides communications support for various corporate initiatives. Previously, Lexi worked as an Analyst in Digital Communications and began a career as a Marketing Intern at Country Pure Foods. Lexi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University.
