Michelle Schuld

Michelle Schuld has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Director & Managing Counsel for Food Safety & Regulatory and Legal Advisory & Transactions at The J.M. Smucker Co. since August 2013. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Attorney within the same company. Michelle began a legal career at Black McCuskey Souers & Arbaugh from August 2007 to August 2013 as an Attorney and previously worked as a Paralegal at Amer Cunningham from 2001 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron.
