Rhenita Brade is an accomplished professional with a robust background in innovation management and product development across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Innovation Manager at The J.M. Smucker Co. since December 2024, Rhenita previously held the position of Program Manager at The Idea Village and served as an Innovation Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Rhenita's experience includes a notable fellowship at PMDojo, recognized as one of 20 Product Fellows, where skills in product management were applied to enhance communication through AI coaching.
