Justin West

Justin West is an experienced professional with over 20 years in retail and 15 years in finance, currently serving as the Zone Associate Development Lead and Dealer Performance Manager at JM&A Group since March 2013. Justin possesses a deep expertise in dealership operations, encompassing both front-end sales and finance and insurance. Prior positions include Insurance Agent at State Farm ®, where responsibilities included managing a team of agents and servicing clients, and Sales Manager roles at TOYOTA OF PLANO and Toyota of Dallas.
