Stacy Johnson, CPCU, CLU, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in managing claims and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of GAP claims and Customer Service at JM&A Group since November 2019, Stacy previously held positions at State Farm ®, including LDA Section Manager and Team Manager, overseeing a team handling auto injury claims across Florida, North Carolina, and West Virginia from March 2012 to November 2019. Stacy holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, Stacy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University and is currently pursuing a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College of Financial Services.
