Russell Winterberg is the Director of Talent Management at JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. Russell has over fifteen years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Russell began their career in 1999 as a store manager for Helzberg Diamonds. In 2004, they transitioned into the role of Manager - Talent Acquisition for the American National Family of Companies. In this role, they were responsible for leading enterprise recruitment activities and providing strategic human resource services. Russell was also responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

In 2015, Russell became the Director Talent Acquisition for American National. In this role, they continued to lead enterprise recruitment activities and provided strategic human resource services. Russell also continued to support and guidance to American National Family of Companies managers and team members in a variety of areas.

In November 2015, Russell left American National to join JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. as their Director of Talent Management. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing successful recruiting strategies. Russell is also responsible for helping companies find the best talent to help them grow and succeed.

Russell Winterberg has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Missouri State University.

They work with Jeff Bendure - Director of Client Relationship Management, Daniel Boling - Director of Product Management, and Karen Perdue - Controller. Russell Winterberg reports to Thomas H. Douglas, CEO.
