Ryan Porter is the Director of Quality Improvement at JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and has been with JMARK for over 5 years. Prior to joining JMARK, Ryan was a Managing Member / Principal Consultant at ACE Network Consulting where they worked for 13 years. Ryan was also an Instructor / Consultant / Systems Administrator at ExecuTrain of Oklahoma. During their time at ExecuTrain, they were the primary technical instructor for Exchange 2000 Implementation, Administration, and Design Courses. Ryan was also the lead technical instructor for Windows 2000 Technologies including Active Directory at the Tulsa Location. In addition to teaching, Ryan also consulted with students and companies on Active Directory, Exchange 2000 & SQL Server Database Design, Implementation, and Administration. Ryan Porter has received certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), as well as certification from CompTIA in A+ Certified. Furthermore, Ryan Porter has been certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) in Windows Server 2003 and as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in both Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003.
