Laura Sellers

Laura Sellers is an experienced planning commissioner with a diverse background in counterintelligence and social work. Currently serving with the Stafford County Government since January 2022, Laura's roles include Counterintelligence Policy positions with both the United States Department of Defense and JMark Services Inc. Laura previously held the title of CI Policy Analyst at MPIRE Technology Group and Counterintelligence Analyst at Dawson Federal, LLC. Elected as a Supervisor on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors from 2014 to 2017, Laura contributed to the governance of Stafford County. With educational credentials including a Master's in Social Work from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's in Sociology from North Carolina State University, Laura combines analytical expertise with a commitment to public service as a candidate for Virginia's 28th Senate District.
