Andrew Adams

Andrew Adams has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Andrew currently holds the position of COO/CFO at JMA Wireless, where they are responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives and new market entry into the wireless market. Prior to this, they served as the President, North America at JMA Wireless, where they oversaw business development and operational execution.

Before joining JMA Wireless, Andrew worked as the President of IWG Conductors Division at International Wire Group, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed multiple plants and employees. Andrew also served as the President and CEO of EF Johnson Technologies, Inc., where they successfully led a private equity/turnaround operation.

In addition, Andrew held leadership positions at Belden, where they served as the President of the Industrial Solutions Division and VP/GM of Alpha Wire Company. Andrew was responsible for full P&L management and played a key role in transitioning the company from product selling to solution selling.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Harris Corporation, where they held various roles including VP of Product Management and Director of Product Management. Andrew successfully managed communication equipment divisions and led product development and strategic planning efforts. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager and Senior/Lead/Principle Engineer at Harris Corporation. Overall, Andrew has extensive experience in operations, business development, leadership, and engineering.

Andrew Adams attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Andrew then pursued further education at the same institute from 1990 to 1994 and completed their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). Following that, from 1994 to 1998, Adams attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and earned an MBA, focusing on Finance. In 2006, they briefly attended the Harvard Business School for the General Management Program (GMP).
