Dale McElroy

Dale McElroy has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at John Mezzalingua Associates LLC since August 2007, providing Tier 2 technical support across all product lines and specializing in DAS and antenna line performance troubleshooting, as well as Digital Electricity and PowerBoost upconverter technologies. Prior to this role, McElroy held positions at Williams Communications as a Tech II from October 1996 to March 2002, at Gaffney Communications as a Key Systems Supervisor from September 1986 to October 1996, and served in the Air National Guard as an Inside Plant Electro Mechanical Switching Equipment Specialist from August 1985 to August 1992. Additionally, McElroy leads technical support and training for TLS products, developing training materials for both webinars and in-person sessions.
