Dale Wildes

Vice President Of Business Development - Strategic Partners at JMA Wireless

Dale Wildes has a strong background in the telecommunications industry with over 30 years of experience. Dale started their career in the US Army National Guard as an SGT Communications Center. Following that, they worked as an RF-Project Engineer at Pacific Telecom Cellular and then as a Manager of Services Implementation at Ericsson.

In 1997, Dale joined Metawave Communications as the Director of Engineering Services, where they stayed until 2003. Dale then moved on to Powerwave Technologies as the Senior Director of Network Solutions/Engineering Services. At Powerwave, Dale led a business and solution development function and was responsible for sales, implementation, and support of advanced wireless network solutions.

In 2008, Dale joined KMW Communications as the Vice President of Sales US-EMEA. In this role, they led the US and EU sales and support organizations, driving growth in KMW's RF technology sales across wireless network operators and OEM customers. Dale also led negotiations with supply chain teams across the US, Asia, and EU.

From 2011 to 2014, Dale worked at Zinwave Ltd./McWane as the Sales Director/VP Technology. Dale initially led the US technical team and later transitioned to sales, promoting Zinwave's Wideband Active DAS technology to wireless operators, enterprises, and DAS integrators. During their tenure, Dale secured Zinwave's first and only sale in a US Tier 1 Pro Sports arena.

Currently, Dale is serving as the Vice President of Business Development - Strategic Partners at JMA Wireless. In this role, they lead business development and sales across all product lines, focusing on developing new partnerships and driving revenue growth through collaboration and fulfillment of the 5G wireless experience in premier venues throughout the US.

Dale Wildes attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1984 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and successfully obtained a BSEET (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology).
